Private Party Rates

Updated rates for our private parties:

Private parties are events hosted with us that are closed to the public.
We ask that private parties be groups of 20 or more.
These parties have the entire use of the arcade to themselves as well as our classic arcade games included. (This includes pool tables, Pac-Man, pinball and so on.)
Ticketed games will always remain .25 a turn.

Our party rooms will remain at $25 an hour during our hours that we’re open to the public

The prices of private parties will very depending on the time of week and even more so the time of day.
Our prime time hours (2:00pm - 8:00pm) being our highest rate to reserve.
We offer private parties on weekends (10:00am - 2:00pm) before we open at 2:00pm ($100 an hour)

We’d rather not host any private parties this coming holiday season during our prime time hours on weekends. This is our busiest time of year and we rely on that business to get us through the slow times.
Due to how busy we expect to be, we plan to accommodate everyone else and remain open on weekends.
We will certainly open on Monday’s and or Tuesday’s to allow for additional party reservations.

Private party rates:

Monday, Tuesday - $150 an hour.
This can be any time during the day as we’d normally be closed.

Wednesday - $100 an hour (10:00am - 2:00pm) - $200 an hour (2:00pm - 9:00pm)

Thursday - $100 an hour (10:00am - 2:00pm) - $250 an hour (2:00pm - 10:00pm)
(This is Salida’s Friday due to our 4 day school week and is usually a busy night)

Friday - $100 an hour (10:00am - 2:00pm) - $250 an hour (2:00pm - 10:00pm)
(One of our busiest evenings.)

Saturday - $100 an hour (10:00am - 2:00pm) - $350 an hour (2:00 - 10:00pm)
(Our busiest evening.)

Sunday - $100 an hour (10:00am - 2:00pm) - $250 an hour (2:00pm - 9:00pm)
